So, the four of us have this new band going. We’ve been practicing since September 2007, settled on our name in February 2008, and booked our first show for May 2008. This is our fledgling site that we hope to fill up with music and pictures and thoughts.

Hehe .. I was just getting ready to write a post about music .. got a little nostalgic and I find this site as I search ID Under. Pretty cool. Okay .. so I know Doug is from ID Under but who was in Screeching Weasels?

that was me, Douglas, also. I played a couple of shows as a fill-in guitarist, and played on a couple comp tracks. That was before Ben went nuts and decided to hate all his local friends. Pretty funny, eh?
[update] - That was all around 1990-1991.

Ahhhh, all that happened about the time I got married and disappeared (but my leather jacket with an ID Under sticker still hangs in the entry closet).
I just found a wiki entry (that’s just wierd) on Screeching Weasels - so you and Dan Shafer were in the group together, then?
